Donald Trump is about to invest in the Indian property market with his new project in Mumbai. Trump is not the only one that has taken interest in the Asian market. In 2009, American real estate giant and CEO of Island Capital Group, Andrew Farkas, invested in a project with a property developer to build luxury marina facilities along the Dubai waterfront. The Asian real estate market has been very lucrative, which is now shown by Trump’s 65-storey Trump Towers project. Indian real estate firm, Rohan Lifescapes, is going to execute the plan and build the towers, which will officially launch when Trump takes his trip to India in the near future. Chairman Harresh Mehta named it an ‘iconic project.’ He discusses the future of the building that will become a 3,00,000-square-foot complex with 45 spacious apartments. In addition to the number of apartments, the main features of the building are going to be a luxury spa, gymnasium and mini-theatre next to a hi-tech security system. "The bookings would start in February and we expect good response."
