Micheal Mathew, Chairman and CEO of the Aspen Group, a nationally accredited online postsecondary education company, will present to the LD Micro Summit this week. The LD Micro Summit is a by-invitation only event that focuses on finding undervalued companies. Mathews will present to an elite group of over 600 private and institutional investors and will focus his presentation on the company’s achievements and business objectives moving forward.
“I’m looking forward to presenting at the Summit and sharing the substantial progress we’ve made at Aspen University this year,” said Mathews. “I will be discussing in detail our business model which is unique to the industry. Our post-graduate degree focus, vertically-integrated marketing approach and low tuition rate structure is translating to a first of its kind virtually ‘cash-based’ for-profit online university, given our 2011 Title IV revenues were only 7% of our total cash receipts.”
Mathews began working as the CEO and director of Aspen in May, 2011. Aspen is helps individuals excel in higher education by offering cost-effective online education courses. The combination of online learning and hands-on experience helps Aspen students become leaders in their industry. Aspen students are taught by “top-tier” professor – 67% of Aspen professors hold doctorate degrees.
The majority of Aspen University students, 88 percent, are enrolled in graduate degree programs, making Aspen stand-out compared to other online universities. Aspen is dedicated to providing the best quality education for it’s students. Aspen helps “students exceed their personal and professional objectives in a socially conscious and economically sensible way.”
The Master of Science in Nursing program is one of Aspen Universities most popular graduate degrees. Students who complete their MSN at Aspen University are often ready to step right from the classroom into leadership roles in the industry. More people are choosing Aspen based on Aspen’s accreditation and cost-effective courses.
